In conjuction with the Watsons Members Day which falls on 17 February 2011, there are plenty of activities and promotions held. What attract me the most besides those lovely discounts are the EXCHANGE Programs.
These are the products that I managed to redeem:

Basically, I was quite satisfy with the redemption process as there wasn't even a seen queue over there. I can straight get my redemption.
The only part which annoyed me was during the redemption of Kiss Me Eyebrow Pencil. Initially I hope to get darker color (shade 01 or 02) but I was told there was only the lightest color (shade 03) left due to first-come-first-serve basis. Okay, since that is the case, just take what is available.
But just when I was filling up the redemption form, a promoter (working in Watsons too) came to redeem. She requested for shade 01/ shade 02 (I didn't pay much attention on that, but I'm SURE she is getting the DARKER SHADE!) and immediately the Kiss Me promoter handed to her just right in front of me~!!
Without any further delay, I asked and KS promoter explained that the products was claimed earlier but kept in the box. Frankly speaking, I don't believe that as the way of asking for her redeemed products by the promoter (claim person) just showed that she is about to claim, not earlier..... Anyway, I don't really mind as long as I'm able to redeem mine. (Free what ^^).
Wasn't able to redeem Sunsilk travel pack (Shampoo 90ml + Conditioner 90ml) as I was told by the promoter the free stocks are not sent to her yet and she was unsure when will be delivered.
Well, since I was in a rush, I didn't wait there. Some more I'm not given a time period to wait for, who knows how long do I need to stay there? An hour? 3 hours? A day? NO WAY~~
Just wanna share my experience, not complaining. Really NOT? What do you think? Hahahaha...
